Join me for 3 x 1-hour coaching sessions, where, over 6-weeks, we’ll explore the decisions you need to make to create a career path that satisfies your values.
Before you learn to fly, powered by your unique leadership style, it helps to have an idea of which direction you want to fly in.

I’ll give you the time and space to explore your questions in a non-judgmental coaching environment
Each session is tailored to your situation, questions and goals. I bring to our sessions the value of intuitive questioning, so you can get the insights you didn’t realise you were mulling over.

Session 1: We’ll identify what is most important to you and begin to prioritise these aspects of your life and leadership.

Session 2: We’ll explore the kind of leader you want to be (rather than the leader you think you ‘should’ be) and articulate the legacy you want to leave.

I came into the coaching with a vague idea of where I wanted to head, but no idea where to start. Join me for 6 x coaching sessions, where, over 12-weeks, we’ll explore what kind of leader you need to be and how to resist being the leader you think you ‘should’ be.
Just because you see a leader acting a certain way doesn’t mean you have to be the same. Finding your unique leadership style means you can lead in a way that satisfies your personal and professional values, helping you to stay connected, satisfied and empowered at work.
Whether this is your first or fifth leadership role, join me in a safe space to explore your own leadership style.
In six sessions over 12 weeks, we’ll:

In each session we cover a general aspect of finding your leadership style, and then tailor it to your situation, questions and goals.. I bring to our sessions the value of intuitive questioning, so you can get the insights you didn’t realise they were mulling over.

My biggest challenge was believing I was worthy of a leadership role. I’ve always considered myself a mum first and foremost, and have forged a career to the best of my ability while raising two boys. Yes. You get access to neuroscience coaching resources to support you on your journey. Because of copyright restrictions these are exclusive to your use only but you can absolutely take them away with you.
I coach online using Zoom. It means you can access my coaching wherever you are in the world.
For 1:1 clients, included in your package is as many direct emails or messages as you need (e.g. you might get stuck, need inspiration, aren’t clear on something, need to do a mini-reflect/debrief or pivot your plan).
All my clients get access to the exclusive Learning to Fly LinkedIn coaching community, where you can ask questions, go to for inspiration and meet and mingle with other incredible women on similar journeys to you.
You will have ongoing access to the exclusive Learning to Fly LinkedIn coaching community. You can also purchase one-off coaching sessions, or an additional coaching package. If you begin with the ‘Find your Direction’ package, you can add a further 4 sessions (so 7 total rather than 6) to do the whole leadership development series.
I recommend blocking 15 mins out on either side of your coaching time so you can get a cup of tea, and begin to get into a head space or transition back to your work/life at the end. There is an expectation that you are do some work between sessions and apply your insights and reflections in real life. It might feel like you have more work to do at first, but over time this is about supporting you to focus on what is most important and giving you time, and your life, back. You should allow 1-2 hours of reflection and journaling between each coaching session. But you don’t necessarily have to sit at a desk for this. Going for a ‘thinking walk’ and making some notes at the end can be a great way to do this and you kill two birds with one stone.
For 1:1 sessions they are tailored to YOU, so goals and outcomes can vary depending on what you need. For group sessions we do need to follow roughly the same outline, but we can flex if it will meet the needs of the group. In the discovery call we talk about what you want to achieve, which programme might be suitable or how we can customise something to suit you.
